Disclaimer- wash and fold
* Bags including any and all Bio hazard or heavy soiled items will incur an extra fee.
Biohazard: By placing any and all items that are soiled with bioBio-Hazard in the CunningBelle's bag to be washed: you agree to disclose these items by using the "Bio-Hazard" add-on; you also agree to place said items in a plastic bag before ultimately being placed in the CunningBelle's Wash-and-Fold bag. Any items that are not declared and bagged separately will be returned in the condition recieved and marked "biohazard"
Heavy soiled: By placing any and all items that are soiled with Heavy soil in the CunningBelle's bag to be washed, you agree to disclose these items by using the "Heavy soil" add-on. You also agree to place said items in a plastic bag before ultimately being placed in the CunningBelle's Wash-and-Fold bag. Any and all heavily soiled items improperly bagged can result in damage to all other items in the bag. CunningBelle's will not take responsibility for damage caused by improper packing.
*"Bio-Hazard" is for orders soiled with blood, mold, urine, or vomit. "Heavy Soil" is for orders soiled with dirt, grime, or hair that require extra washing and handling like soaking or manual scrubbing. Please note that we do not handle items soiled with feces.

We do not guarantee the removal of stains, in part or whole, on any item.
Text and Email agreement
Agreement to Receive Text Messages and emails
By providing your mobile number and/or email, you agree that CunningBelle's may send you periodic SMS or MMS messages (or email)containing but not limited to important information, reminders, updates, deals, and specials. Up to 10 messages may be sent during the course of your service and up to 2 messages may be sent monthly unless you Opt-out. If you wish to stop receiving messages and/or emails just text "STOP" to 330-999-1489. Message/data rates may apply to messages sent by CunningBelle's or its affiliates under your cell phone plan. You are under no obligation to authorize CunningBelle's or its affiliates to send you text messages beyond the up-to-10 text message required during your service period.

Cancelation, rescheduling, arriving late, and No- show
Cancelation and rescheduling
We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policy. We also understand that
We still must cover an uncomfortable topic about cancelation, and payment.
This section applies to ALL events. All Wash-and-Fold services will be noted by expressly writing "Wash-and-Fold" in the sentence that it pertains to:
- A non-refundable retainer fee is charged at booking and is not elligable for refund.
- You must cancel your event no more than 2 days after booking to be eligible for a full refund minus the non-refundable retainer. Must be canceled by 5pm est. (Ex: this event is booked on Wednesday. You have until that Friday at 5pm to cancel)
- For a partial refund- your event must be canceled no less than 5 days before your scheduled event before 5pm eastern standard time (ex. Party is scheduled forThursday. This Party must be canceled by 5pm est the the prior saturday)
- All "rushed" fees (fees applied to events scheduled less than 14 days in advance) are not eligible for refunds
- A refund will be applied within 7-10 business days after receipt of refund is recieved, for services eligible for refund
- All Wash-and-Fold services are non-refundable.
In order to provide the best service for our Wash-and-Fold customers, we will request a picture or confirmation that your laundry bag was set in a location accessible for pick-up. Wash-and-Fold service can only be rescheduled. Wash-and-Fold services cannot be canceled. If we are unable to pick-up your laundry bag at no fault on us, you will be charged the Full amount. You may reschedule anytime withing 90 days of the failed attempt, but a $10 travel charge will be applied and must be paid before your pick up is scheduled. If we are not able to pick up your bag at out fault, then you can reschedule your pick up-this may even be as early as the next day
Late arrivals and No-shows
Every party has a specific time frame blocked out for their enjoyment. We do not double book appointments. For this reason everyone is expected to show up on time. There is a 2-hour time frame for setup required. We must be able to access the venue at least 2-hours before your scheduled event time. If we cannot gain entrance into the venue within an hour and a half of your scheduled event time, we will consider you a no-show. To help prevent this we will confirm appointments regularly. You MUST confirm your appointment.
Note: delayed entry for setting up may impede upon your event time. Extra time will only be given if the delay is at the fault of CunningBelle's Ltd.
If we are able to gain entry to your event space(such as a restaurant , hotel, or open air space like a park) we will immediately begin set up. Your party will continue for its full alloted time frame. If you do no show up during your alloted time frame then you will be considered a no-show.
Refunds are not given to those who do not show up for their event (no-shows)
Travel Fee
EVENT PLANNING:
For all event planning services the first 15 miles of travel are free and any subsequent miles are charged at rate of $2 per mile (one way). Please contact us via email or text to determine where your location fee schedule
WASH-AND-FOLD:
Pick-up and delivery are free for 6 miles. All subsequent miles are charged at $1 per mile
