CunningBelle's Presents: Wash-and-Fold

Welcome to Akron's up and coming laundry service: CunningBelle's Wash-and-Fold! We are a small business based in Akron, ohio (catering to Akron and surrounding areas). We want to elevate your experience with home care assistance services and be your go to for laundry care!

Clothes in each bag are counted and pockets are inspected for loose items, defects, and noted.

By default, Lights and darks are separated and washed using cold water to preserve color (and energy ♻️). Medium heat is also default.

When deciding what to send, think everyday laundry items: t-shirts, jeans, socks, underwear, sweatshirts, sheets, towels -anything that doesn't require pressing (or that you can iron at home).

REGULAR WASH ITEMS ONLY; no Dry-Clean or hand wash items. We do not have the capacity to hang dry or press items, currently. Wool, silk, suits, some dresses, and/or your finer garments should not be put through this wash and fold service. 

Includes: wash and fold, detergent, and bleach (bleach for colors is available as an add-on).

Option 1: $40- Holds approximately 2-3 loads
Option 2: $55- Holds approximately 4-5 loads

Your laundry experience with CunningBelle's begins once you Schedule! 

• Step 1: order laundry bag- Our laundry bags are required for service and will be mailed/delivered promptly after ordering. Bags come in 2 size: medium (approximately 2-3 loads) and large (approximately 4-5 loads). In order to simplify the process each bag is 1 set price (add-ons can be selected). Fill your bag as much or as little as you'd like and the price is still the same- just make sure the bag can close! 

• Step 2: schedule pick up- Once your pick-up is scheduled and your bag is full, place your bag outside your front door, or another location of your choosing*,  and it will be picked up within your designated time frame- no need to be home! 

• Step 3: service- Once recieved, your clothes will be color/whites separated, washed, dried, folded, and returned within 48 hours. A message will be sent before drop off!!!

*Free pickup and delivery in many areas within Akron, Ellet, Cuyahoga Falls, Springfield township, and select locations. Other locations please inquire about our low cost delivery fee

Suggested locations for  pick up: front/side/back door, against/on car, inside door**

**we will not walk inside of anyone's home, but if the bag is placed right next to the door then we can reach our hand in and grab it! If you choose to leave the bag in an indoor location please make sure you provide a code or entrance way and that the bag is no more than 2 feet away from the entrance- this is within arm reach. Please be sure that all animals and pets are placed in a secure location. Your bag may not be pick up if your pets and animals are not in a secure area away from the pick up location.

We have various options for you to choose from to tailor your experience to your needs!

-Detergent: choose between 3 options of detergent

-Bleach: we use clorox for whites and color safe bleach for colored clothes

-Scent:

Dryer- have a cologne or parfum scent added to our dryer balls to give your clothing an amazing fragrance 

Washer- each load includes a normal wash cycle and scented beads; unless using free&clear option, a dryer scent, or expressly declined.

-Water/dryer temp: in a collective effort to protect the earth and reduce energy consumption, our default settings are cold water and medium heat.

-Heavy Duty:  for light grease and odor a cup of pinesol will be added to your wash to fight through tough grease then soften and brighten with baking soda. This add-on includes a pre-wash cycle.

Heavy soil- for heavy grease and odor. this differs from "Heavy duty" in that it comes with 1 full wash cycle and/or a soak, a pre-wash, and a heavy duty wash cycle. 

Heavy duty bags are charged extra at a per bag rate:

Large bag- $8

Medium bag- $5

Bio-hazard and heavy soiled items incur an extra charge independent of bag size*:

Bio-hazard- $15/bag

Heavy soil- $12/bag

*though these items are required to be bagged separately, your entire order may recieve an upgraded treatment at the discretion of the launderer

Service can be paid: online usung debit/credit, CashApp, or Cash (by selecting "service- offline" while booking).
