Wash-and-Fold FAQ

No, though scheduling online is meant to add ease to the process, you can also text 330-999-1489 to schedule! 

the service prices are $40 for a medium bag and $55 for a large bag. This does not include any upcharges (ex: heavy soiled or biohazard items, color safe bleach, or other add-ons)

There is a 1-time charge to purchase the  bag (medium- $10, Large- 12). The customer is responsible for the bag if it is damaged and needs to be replaced. The bags are sturdy and should hold up well  if treated with care.

We service akron and surrounding areas. We have free pick-up and delivery within Akron, Ellet,  Cuyahoga Falls, and Springfield township. Other locations have a fee of $0.75/mile (the first 6 miles are free!). ***Please book through text if you are outside of the free service area.

We have a wide variety of payment options: online, credit, cash- please ask about anybother alternative payment . Your balance must be paid before your service begins (before your bag is picked up)

You do not have to be home, but you MUST provide a pickup AND drop off location if you are not home. Sometimes a customer will be home and hand us their bag , but they may not be home to recieve it when their service is finished. There must be a designated drop-off location. As long as there is a designated pickup and drop off location you can leave everything to us, no matter where you are!  we do not deliver after sunset- orders that would not be complete until sunset will be delivered the following day.

If you work within our service area, we can also do pick-up and return delivery to most places of work!

All orders have an approximate 24-48hr completion/return window, though they will be returned as quickly as possible. We can give an approximate time of return.

When deciding what to send, think everyday laundry items: t-shirts, jeans, socks, underwear, sweatshirts, sheets, towels -anything that doesn't require pressing.

Regular wash items only; no dry clean or hand wash items. We do not have the capacity to press items. Wool, silk, suits, some dresses, and/or your finer garments should not be put through this wash and fold service.

ANY ITEMS REQUIRING AIR DRY MUST BE NOTED!

No. We would love to accommodate everyone's personal laundry baskets, but our bags utilize a base charge. This simplifies the process because we do not have to collect and weigh your clothes before you know how much your bill will be. Just fill the bag as much or as little as you would like and make sure it can close. 

Bags must be pre-ordered and require a 1-time fee per bag of $10 for a reusable medium sized bag and $12 for a reusable large bag. These bags can be used for future services!

Yes, If it can fit in the bag then it'll wash. Throw blankets and sheets must go in the bag . You can also Pay-Per-Piece. Comforters are charged $10 for twin, $15 for queen, and $18 king. Comforters are often air dried and may require more turn-around time. 

NO DOWN FILLED COMFORTERS. 

No. Any product used will be supplied by CunningBelle's ltd. Because we do not know the origins of outside products, we also do not accept any products being sent. 

You have a 5-hour time frame blocked off when you book. We will arrive within that time frame.. we will also send a message with a more precise time frame of arrival. Please send a picture of where your bag is, or a text, once you set it out and we will get it ASAP.

Yes, Items are bleached at our discretion to reduce potential for damage. items that require chlorine bleach (items you specifically want bleached) should be bagged seperate (place this bag inside the required bag) and should have a care label intact. Avoid bleaching material such as wool, silk, mohair, leather, spandex and non-fast colors.

Bleach for colors is also available as an add-on.

We will send an email or text once your clothes begin processing. Another email or text will be sent about an hour before your order is ready to be delivered.
